They develop and promote a code of practice for the international sector of research and insights that is in the middle of a rapid transformation, driven by technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive membership acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth and brand marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize our online magazine, collaborating with teams, including IT & Development and Membership, to ensure that all growth initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the company websites are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics for membership acquisition and retention, such as search engine marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and referral programs.
  • Optimize existing channels and tactics to improve conversion rates, reduce customer acquisition costs, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Prepare and plan podcast interviews with industry professionals and external collaborators, manage the recording, editing, uploading of episodes and publication of show notes.
  • Analyse usage and survey insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Incorporate the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry, such as new tools, products, features, and changes in business models, while collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with overall goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of practical experience within marketing, digital design or content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or comparable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SEO and analytic tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and SEMrush
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience using CMS like WordPress, WIX, or Apostrophe.
