Sales and Product Manager (NAO)

Our client, an established Petrochemical Corporation, is looking for an experienced Sales and Product Manager to join their team in Qatar. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the execution of sales activities assigned to individual teams within specific areas of operation and responsibility;
  • Plan, formulate, review and assess long term marketing agreements / contracts on continuous basis for their merits;
  • Support company objectives and targets, evaluate KPIs for performance monitoring for assigned section on a regular basis;
  • Managing dedicated business line in Chemicals section in meeting set targets and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with Specialization in Marketing / Sales Management OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably related to Chemical/ Petrochemical Industry with sufficient exposure to the Chemical Sales or Marketing;
  • 10-12 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales with specific focus on NAO (Normal Alpha Olefins)
  • Knowledge of global customers in the specified field, and familiarity with product chemistry accompanied with good exposure to petrochemical industry;
  • Knowledge of Commercial evaluation and budgeting;
  • Experience with Shipping and commerce;
  • Adept at handling customer complaints & grievance.
