Our client is a leading global multinational company and is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the company’s administrative department.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Support management for multi-country (5 countires in Europe) operations
  • Define and optimize management processes.
  • Quality assurance activities for internal management.
  • Act as interface to HQ and other departments within company.
  • Assisting senior managers with management challenges.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling and preparation of group meetings, managing documents, and organizing company activities.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/Law/Psychology or other relevant subject with major in management or administration. Degree in ICT domain is a plus.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture.
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude.
  • Well-organized and structured working style.
